HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 8 - 45 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
For special orders it will be minimum 25% restoking fees.

MY PARCEL HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
Sometimes delivery companies can be a little heavy handed. Send us a photo of the package and items along with your order number and we will take it up with the delivery company.
We always Pay for Insurance so it is very important to do an inspection before sign the receipt to the Delivery Company
